So far, one can see it is pretty clear that the election has come down to Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton. In my opinion, both of the candidates seem to show both their strengths as well as their weaknesses in political relations and experiences in office. I personally think that both these candidates are unfit to fill in as our president due to the fact that both are crooked and conniving in their own personal ways. But the election drama really reveals itself outside Washington D.C. Liberals and conservatives are fighting each other every day just to support who they are voting for.
What sick world do we live in where a man pepper sprays another man's daughter just because he was supporting Donald Trump? When did it become okay to use violence to show support for who you're voting for? As Americans we must stand against this ongoing division of our country over whoever 's going to be president. Right now, we are divided, and this is making our country weaker every day over this draining election between Trump and Clinton. Instead of using violence to show who your voting for, just talk about it in a civilized manner. Use this election to reflect on how Americans can be more tolerant for others opinions and ideals of a future in the United States. Words are better at showing who you're voting for than a weapon.
I am certain that our country would be a much better and safer place if we just talked things through instead of resorting to violence as we often do. With the upcoming presidential election, things are only going to get crazier. I find it quite ironic that so much violence is happening as a result of this, after all, is not the job of the future president to protect the country and not destroy it? It makes me worry what kind of future our country has.
ReplyDeleteViolence only makes things worsen over time. Yet, as a society as a whole, we do not see that and we continue to accomplish these cruel and unjust ways. Why do we not see the light? We don't see this because we believe the internet. We believe what other people say and we are deceived by their opinions. Nations never last. What goes up will always fall down. Our nation has already risen and in time it will fall. But how will it fall? From our violent ways? The internal issues and not foreign issues? Our country will fall because we cannot accept other's ideas. The only thing that could turn our country back onto the right tracks is for new, pure leaders to rise into power to bring peace to the world.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely and completely agree with Rudy's opinion. The president of the united states should set an example for the people instead of making racist remarks or lying, and we the people should be more tolerable to the ideas and opinions of others even if it doesn't sit well with our own ideas. Even if you don't accent another idea or opinion it should never be handled with violence
