As I think we've all come to a point where this has happened to us, but generating a topic about the blog can seem tough. For me, I am not a huge social media user, so I am somewhat unaccustomed to blogging, and whether there are strong "do's or don'ts". Quite ironically, when I do have an idea for the blog, I forget what it is about. This comes from loading the page and seeing all of the new posts, and quite possibly seeing a headline that looks somewhat interesting. By the time I'm done reading through the posts, I come back to the New Post button and have already forgotten what I was going to post. Possibly, thinking about HAVING to post instead of WANTING to post changes our mindset into posting something "good enough" for a summer homework assignment.
Has anyone else encountered this?
Randy, I know exactly what you mean! So far, I only have one post on the blog and the deadline is quickly approaching! Although I have read the books, I'm struggling a little bit to form connections with the books to my posts. There are already a lot of posts on the blog so I'm worried that my posts will sound too similar and be redundant.
ReplyDeleteRight now I have two blogs to post and I'm struggling a bit. A lot of what I wanted to say has already been said. Sometimes I think of something but forget what I was going to post. Some of the people here have written so well that I wouldn't be able to compete with it.
