I have finally finished Brave New World, the book was exceedingly weird, but I enjoyed it a lot. It was quite the roller coaster as well, in the sense that there was an excessive amount of back and forth between John's "The Savage" view on the world versus everyone else's. John believed that people should allow nature to take it's course, even if that meant that people were to be unhappy and unsatisfied. But the Controller on the other hand believed that it was okay to manipulate nature as long as people were happy.
The book also switches from Bernard's perspective, to Linda's to John's. I would like to see whether civilization changed for the people living there or whether they continued their unnatural life styles of scientifically breeding and genetically modifying people, in order for them to meet the standards of a specific social class. I did not like the ending, but in some way I saw it coming.
